“The only thing confusing was that on some paperwork it stated check in was at 3pm and others said 4pm. The same with check out....some paperwork was 10 am and some 11am. Other than that it was a great getaway.”

“I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at……
