There were no cups for coffee, no milk or juice in the containers, the bread was too big for the toaster...it was like everything we wanted was not available. Not a good experience at breakfast.”

“We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia”

“This has everything you want in a hotel except a hot tub, but my room did have a soaking tub! They take cleanliness to the highest level! Bar was very inviting and served food, neither one I tried because Upland Brewery was in walking distance and their food is amazing! Front desk was friendly and efficient!”
