"Fantastic setting to explore Cornwall. Lovely food served in restaurant in evenings. Reviews of uncomfortable beds were not bourne out and was very comfortable. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast in the B&B. For 2 days out of 3 continental breakfast in room not restocked, including milk so couldnt even have hot drink. Rather to have a reduced rate for bed only than promise something not delivered"

"Fantastic position Lovely surprise to have modern facilities bedroom and shower room in such an old building We parked the car at the top of the hill so a bit of a walk up and down the hill although we went walking the coastal walk so did not need the car. "

"The host is very responsible and friendly. Keep these facilities very tidy. Breakfast is complimentary you have hot cold dishes savoury sweet options enough for you to eat. "

"We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon."

"Tracey and Richard are great hosts. Very friendly, great facilities in the room and Richard’s full English breakfast is absolutely amazing, one, if not the best I have ever had. Car park on site and outside seating with a bar. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to this area."

"Location is right on the harbor, beautiful views of a small but lovely fishing village. Room was surprisingly big, well decorated with an excellent bathroom. Enjoyed painting of harbor which was an exact match to looking out the window! Mevagissey has very little parking and narrow streets, but parking is provided about 200 yards away so it's an easy walk."

"A fabulous apartment for a family. Ground floor access and with a lovely view. I messaged Sally for check in information and she got back to me quickly. Warm, spacious and exactly like pictures. It was a comfy stay for us and I highly recommend this place. "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
