“We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay with Hannah and Andy. Our room Was sparkly clean, very well equipped with all you expect from a classic bed and breakfast. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We felt very warm hospitality from the hosts. Hopefully will stay there again when we go to Cornwall.”

“Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!”

“This is a very busy property and we felt the need of more immediate attention to our needs. This is not a property to be negotiated by the elderly. We had suitcases. We wished we had some prior notice/suggestion to repackage our necessities for portage down the hill from the car park to the property. The charm of this place is offset by the difficulty accessing it. We loved the views, the side alleys and the architecture but this is not a walkable venue for anyone with hip, knee or foot……

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”
