“A nice caravan in a vary large caravan park on the eastern edge of Newquay. The photo on VRBO has used a little artistic licence - it is surrounded by other caravans. However everything else is as listed. Slightly confusing information on arrival - telling us there is complimentary food etc to use but then saying we will be charged for what we use. It's either complimentary or it's chargeable. A clean caravan, facilities as listed. I would stay again if in the area.”

The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. “A very nice lodge with everything you need for self catering. Is was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent location for visiting different places around Cornwall. Being close to the A30 you do get some road noise but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Would definitely return.”

“Lovely spot, close to the beach and several trails. There were some restaurants/food trucks within walking distance and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities so we were able to cook all our food. The complex is very nice and residents and guests were all very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this property! ”

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property……
