The fire pit downstairs is great for bonfires and S’mores. The river is right in front of the property and we fished and floated down the river on inner tubes. The hosts are great, friendly and available if you need them. Lots of trails nearby plus we saw all kinds of wildlife everyday. So excited to go back soon! If you are considering. Rick met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place and explained all to us. He also gave my son, grand son and myself a tour of the area showing us the good fishing locations, river tubing locations, mountain trails for hiking and some unique land marks in the area. Rick was a great host and treated us like family. Their hospitality was so sweet and thoughtful. The cabin was cozy and felt like we were at our grandparents house. Cabin is situated on the upper toccoa river in blue ridge and makes for a perfect getaway for fishing or tubing or just relaxing . We will certainly be back! ! ##### Jeff H. Rick and Janet were great hosts, from making us a pan of delicious brownies to a tour of the area with Rick. We have stayed in several vacation homes over the years but this one was the best furnished house of anyplace we’ve stayed. Everything we needed was there. It was just like being at our own home. Being close to the Tocooa river and Blue Ridge Lake allowed for multiple activities, excellent location. Lots of hiking around area and waterfalls. Will stay again! We were able to do s’mores, swimming, fishing, tubing multiple times, grilled food outdoors. MR. Rick had dry firewood for us with starter. Rick and Janet were excellent host, welcomed us with brownies which kids loved! Rick showed us around and kids loved the ride in his ATV! ##### Celina S. Our rental was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the river was just perfect.
