Absolutely charming property. House & property were perfect for our holiday family reunion. My grandson enjoyed the downstairs gameroom. We were able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We loved the hot tub, firepit, and amazing views. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Host Communication was great. The cabin was super clean and even decorated for Christmas. The game room and the outdoor fireplace was were our favorites. We highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Nice place,very comfy. Having dog kennel a plus, would suggest removing big fluffy pad and blanket. They were both covered with fleas, we placed them on deck and cleaned kennel. Would suggest getting a Primo Pad (primopad.com). Easy to clean and does not hold fleas, etc.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as it was supposed to be. Very nice and relaxing and quiet. Seen deer just about every day. Was even able to get a picture or two. Would definitely recommend this for anyone with children and pets. The floors could have been a little cleaner but didn’t mind sweeping up when we got there. But by far the best we’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Stay

Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, very well stocked, plenty of space but cozy! We walked to the lake everyday and there is a lovely walking path where we got a 45 min nice walk everyday. Outdoor patio area was lovely. Not sure how but in 95 degree GA heat we didn’t get a single mosquito or bug bite. Not sure how we didn’t even see one at all?! Lovely stay.

Train ride trip

Our stay at this property was wonderful. It is just as beautiful as pictured. We lacked for nothing, everything you needed was supplied. The view was impressive and the decks were great for reading or morning coffee or tea. Close to the cute downtown area as well as many other things we did such as waterfall hiking and horseback riding. Our scenic train trip did not disappoint.

Family Weekend Getaway

This cozy weekend getaway cabin in Blue Ridge was perfect for our family of five and our two dogs. The cabin was impeccably clean and didn’t have the typical signs of a pet-friendly rental, which is often hard to find. Its close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge made it even more convenient. The host provided detailed and thorough instructions, ensuring a smooth arrival. The beautiful views were an added bonus! We’ll definitely be saving this cabin for future visits.

So relaxing

We enjoy every part of this beautiful cabin. A lot of things to do at the cabin. No need to leave. All you need is food. They provide everything else you may need. Including Keurig, games, movies, and all you need for relaxation

Wonderfully serene vacation

The house was clean, well stocked and so close to everything. Such a peaceful setting - would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owner - no issues during our stay. Our dog was comfortable as well - great kennel provided. The road to the house was narrow in spots, but we encountered very few cars. Was comfortable with the road after a couple trips and no problems. Overall wonderful stay!

Rain Won't Dampen Us

Had a 10 day vacation with our adult children and our 3 granddaughters. It rained several of the days we were there, but it rarely interfered with our vacation! This house is beautiful, it is large and is fully equipped. The wrap around porch was great for the kids to play on when we were at the house, without being underfoot. The game room in the basement was extremely entertaining for them, they could watch what they wanted, play what they wanted. TVs galore, every common room and every bedroom. Wifi worked great. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and even included beach towels to take to the lake! Hot tub was handy, and under the porch roof. We didn't use the gas fireplaces, but the outside porch with table and fireplace was a wonderful addition. Our daughter and grandkids shared the main bedroom, and really liked the large screened in balcony. For once in a rental, we had more than enough silverware, dinnerware, pots, pans etc. The A/C went out one evening and the host, Lynae, had it serviced and working before noon the next day! Great service! We look forward to renting the "Bearfoot Bungalow" again!

Pleasant stay

Absolutely no complaints about this property. It's location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place, surrounded by trees, to relax for a few days. And you're only about 10 min from town to grab some dinner in Blue Ridge. My family enjoyed ziplining in Amicalola state park and tubing on the Toccoa River. The ad is right about the small roads leading to the cabin so just be cautious, especially booking during the winter months, and have patience if there are others on the road. Certainly not a reason to not stay at this idyllic property.

Great Cabin!

My family and I spent a few days in late June- beautiful cabin, with a great location! Check in was super easy and it was well stocked. Complaints- there were a few cleanliness issues; cigarette butts around the hot tub and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Also, the DVD player didn't work and the air hockey table was very fragile. If you play it, just be very careful with it! Would probably stay again, for the location alone!

Great cabin near town

We had a great stay. The cabin was was a great price compared to Gatlinburg. The grill was in great shape. We used it a couple of times. We made use of the outdoor fire pit out back. We had some great family time and relaxation. The cabin is about 10 minutes from town if you want to shop or grab a meal. We would definitely stay again.

So Relaxing

Blue Ridge Getaway

Our family enjoyed this property a lot. It was well appointed, kitchen was fully stocked, and the hot tub and basement/game room was perfect for the kids. Proximity to Blue Ridge (less than 10 minutes) was just right. We would stay here again.
