The Toccoa House.....
Located in the pristine natural surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Toccoa House exhibits old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art detailing, providing 5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms for your comfort and enjoyment, along with six decks, hot tub, pool table, 22 speakers, six TVs, two firepits, trails, shared pool, and much more.
Entire house, shared pool, 17 acres and a quarter mile of river frontage.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we expect all guests to respect reasonable noise standards. Special note: since this cabin is directly facing the river with large decks on two levels it is CRITICAL for all guests to understand and comply with noise standards. If neighbors across the river or at the cabin next door can hear you, your music, crying children, barking dogs, etc. it is too loud. We are very serious about enforcing this.
FIREWOOD. 17 acres of downed and dead wood is provided. Feel free to bring your axe and saw and use caution. We can also provide the split and stacked kind for a fee. Here are a few options:
1. Small stack of 20 pieces. You pick up: $15. We maintain a centrally located spot on the property with stacks of firewood for easy access. We generally operate on the honor system, but we do monitor the area with cameras. Just let us know how many stacks you`d like and we can direct you from there. 2. Medium stack of 30 pieces. We deliver and set up with Firestarter, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for 14 guests: $60. Let us know when you`d like the fire laid, and provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. 3. Large group fire options. We are wood fire connoisseurs who have had a wood stove fire nearly every night during Winter for the past 40 years. We can provide whatever you want, just ask. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM - Not suitable for loud parties or immature guests - The property is suitable for SOME pets but they must be individually approved. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BRINGING MY DOG? Current rabies tag. Current flea medication such as Frontline, Advantage, etc. Totally comfortable in a strange environment by itself, or crated when alone. Non-barking, except briefly when excited (do NOT leave a barking dog alone). If aggressive at all, dog must be leashed at all times. Will not scratch/chew doors, floors, and furniture. Owner agrees to THOROUGHLY clean the dog after river swimming prior to entering cabin. Owner agrees to clean up all pet waste and be responsible for all damage. Owner agrees to pay a fee of $25 per night per pet, plus tax (longer term discounts may apply).

The cabin is beautiful and had all that we needed to make our stay wonderful. The back porch was breath taking with beautiful views and we will be back soon
Great location and close to downtown to enjoy the Main Street. House was perfect size for family to spread out and enjoy much needed downtime before the Christmas rush begins.
We had lots of fun in this beautiful cabin. We found the kitchen super loaded with all needed items. We grilled and got into the jacuzzi. All were working perfectly. House was an excellent choice overall.
This was my 4th stay with Toccoa Properties and my 3rd at Toccoa House. The home and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Greg is wonderful and was very attentive and communicative. I love this property and can't wait to come back!
Everything is as described and better! We had an awesome time celebrating a birthday, plenty to do in and around the gorgeous and spacious cabin! Loved the connected speaker system that played throughout the cabin, although, some seemed to be broken or not working as intended. It was clean, well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. We would love to stay again in the future!
We had a great stay at The Toccoa House! Greg was super nice and responsive to the few little questions we had along the way - he even swung by so we could chat for a bit. Cool history of the property and future plans for development.
Our daughter loved the swing-set and the side yard was big and flat - perfect for throwing a football and evening bonfires.
There is PLENTY of room here for everyone. Lots of books and gathering spaces.
The river is a bit of a hike down but we didn’t mind - spent a lot of time on the banks fishing.
We would absolutely come back to this house in the future.
Home was as nice as it looked in the photos. The drive up to the home was very important to us as we had stayed at other Blue Ridge homes in the past that had a treacherous commute. This was a safe paved road with enough space for passing other vehicles if needed.
Greg, Karen and the other gentleman assisting with maintenance of the grounds were all very pleasant, helpful and courteous.
The river bank, trails, playground and disc golf were well all used and enjoyed by the family.
Overall, the home was perfect for our needs…a family of 8 with various ages and we would highly recommend to others. We hope to book the same home again for next year…which would be the first time booking the same home after years of visits to the area.
We also suggest considering this home and others in the Toccoa River property group for family reunions or gatherings.
Nice large home for our family get-away. In a quiet area for us to gather, relax and enjoy. This was voted our favorite house for our annual family vacation.
We had a great stay to conclude and wind down our summer. Loved all the amenities and the proximity to everything. The house was perfect. Hopefully we can come back soon!
Wonderful family reunion and vacation at the Toccoa House! Greg was very friendly and accommodating. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the location which was close to town as well as being tucked away! River and pool was also very nice! We would definitely stay again!

Great cabin in a perfect location
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was big enough so that everyone had their own area but nice to be all together. The property is great. Downtown Blue Ridge is only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again in the future.
great facility for our groups use, minimal furniture movement to set up a space for our band. right number of bedrooms and baths and an affordable price and a hot tub to boot. great scenery and close to Blue Ridge,Ga.
The property is really nice the furniture downstairs a little worn. But overall I really enjoyed the cabin. Looking fwd to booking it again.will be staying longer the next time.
Beautiful home with views of the Toccoa River and extras like a hot tub, outdoor pool, and trails to the riverside.

Perfect spot to relax!
My family had the best time! How could we not...mountain views, river views, and a pool to relax in! There is plenty of space and lots of beds to sleep in! The owner was so easy to work with and very friendly. We'll be staying here again for sure. :)
We came during the fourth of July weekend to celebrate my dad's retirement and 70th birthday with the family. Wish we would have been able to book the house for longer. We'll be back for sure!
This cabin is great for large groups, we had 13 and never felt crowded. Plenty of space! Great location for site seeing the nearby areas. Definitely go to Old Men Brewery in downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin owner Greg was quick to answer any questions ang great to work with! Thanks for a great week!
