The lobby area is nice and smells clean, but the rest of the hotel needs some major TLC. The elevator flooring needs to be replaced and it didn’t smell the best. The room carpeting was sticky to the point where we wore our shoes or socks at all times. The backing on the desk chair was almost completely torn off. The sink and tub were slow to drain. Hole in wall in room, picture missing but nails still there, one of the 2 beds were broken, so it didn’t support the mattress. Both mattresses need to be replaced. Baseboard by the tub fell off and was just lying there, light fixture above the sink was burnt out. Our tv quit working, but staff did come up and had to reboot the tv. They said the smart tv was old and wasn’t compatible anymore with the tv service so they have to reboot them on a regular basis. It was like the maintenance team or company had been on strike for many months! They definitely need to set aside some of their customers room rental money for repairs and upgrades. It’s getting pretty ran down. Probably won’t stay there again and I don’t have extremely high hotel expectations.
