Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday”

We were told there would be no staff available during our stay, which was concerning right away. The room was not clean (hair in the bathroom, visible mold in the shower), the sink only had cold water, and the tap was barely attached.
