“Clean room, dog friendly, friendly staff!”

“Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”

“The carpeting in rooms and halls was stained. Rust on shower door and good luck getting the water to turn on. You needed to be Iron Man. Lamps didnt work. No one answers the phone. Just not good”

“My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and room-related issues. First, my room did not have both a microwave and refrigerator as expected. I had to request that a microwave be moved from another room to mine. Second, the hotel's front entrance door had an extremely loud squeak that could be heard clearly from my room, especially at night when trying to sleep. After the first night, I informed the manager and suggested that a simple application of lubricant could likely resolve……

“I stayed here for a few days with my son while on a road trip around the Dakotas. The location was great, and it was quiet. The room was clean, and my son enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was ok.”

“Rented for a week. Didn’t get no room service so our room stayed with the same sheets had to get our own trash bags and only gave us 2 extra towels the whole stay. There was roaches, a bad lingering smell in the rooms didn’t matter if it was smoking or non smoking rooms. You can smell everything going on in that hotel.”

“It’s under construction, so it is somewhat chaotic. No shampoo or conditioner provided, only shower gel. Staff are nice and helpful.”
