“Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. ”

“The positives. The room was clean, and Breakfast was good. The not-so-good. The faucet in the bar sink did not work. The hot water at the bath sink and the shower was lukewarm. By lukewarm, I mean just above body temperature. . When we checked in, it was suggested that we use the entrance at the end of the building. That entrance led through an area undergoing extinsive remodel was not suitable for public use. We had a third-floor room, and the main entrance was much closer to the……

“Where do I EVEN begin?! We were given the wrong room, then charged $50 because we arrived a whopping 25 minutes early. Seriously people? Twenty-five minutes…um yeah…Then, after realizing they gave us the wrong room, they charged us another $50 just to switch us into the correct room. Not that it damn mattered!! We opened the door and were immediately HIT with the smell of old urine, mildew, and PURE regret. My mom, being the eternal optimist, kept hoping the room would magically somehow get……

“We always stay here when we visit family in the area. always clean rooms, staff is kind, everything looks fresh and updated. easy parking. Breakfast is good and lots of seating space.”

“The bathroom door did not lock, but everything else was perfect! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. A lot of breakfast options. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful whenever I needed them. Definitely recommend for families.”
