"Entering the name listed in Expedia, couldn’t be located in Waze or Google Maps. I’d received a message saying the property manager would be on site to provide details, but instead, I received a message while driving with confusing instructions. Our room was on the third floor, we were told it would be on the second floor. But they apparently count the first floor as not a floor so the first floor is upstairs. "The room was large but very much in need of a refurb. We had a ground floor room with a patio which was completely enclosed with a chain link fence and vegetation so was not particularly pleasant to sit out. The pool was in a very poor condition and we chosenot to use it"
