"This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal...

"We cannot say enough to describe this wonderful property! Great location to beach and restaurants. We relaxed on the veranda for hours at a time. Our grandkids loved the big clean pool with a diving board. Daniel was helpful with places to eat and any questions we had. We would love to go back!"

"This location in Vernazza is truly one of a kind. The hike up to the tower is worth it every time. Porters carried our bags up to the tower which was a wonderful perk. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 nights here. We couldn't get enough of the outside patio and view any time of day. Filled with little Italian trinkets and decor it was very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone."

"June 2018 Our stay in Villa Pallina. We spend a fantastic week in the Viareggio/Massarosa area between 23 rd of June to 30 th of June. Nice weather and a high quality property, Villa Pallina. It was a nice Villa with a big terrace and a beautiful garden with flowers and fruittrees and a private pool. We liked the beautiful terracottapots! The property has a rural site so you must have a car to come to the shops, restaurants and the beach in Viareggio. It´s a good place as a starting-point for...

"Gorgeous views in 1000 year old stone villa (built in 1090). Marbles accents, frescoed ceilings, painted tile floors, and many outdoor areas to sit and eat, as well as balconies . Really special spot. Pool is more like a plunge pool, but refreshing and cool. Host Annalisa very sweet and helpful local guide for shipping groceries restos etc. Good base for Cinque Terre day trips. "
