Bodega Ocean View is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, perched on the hill overlooking all of Bodega Bay. Carrera Marble bathrooms, down bedding, 4 acre property, walkable to Doran Beach, wine tasting and restaurants. Amazing Panoramic Harbor and Ocean Views. 10 Guests Max- No Pets Master Suite with full bath, King Bed, and TV. 2nd bedroom with a King Bed and TV, 3rd bedroom with a Queen Bed and TV, 4th Loft Bedroom with 2 queen beds and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, dining table seats 8, 4 bar stools at kitchen counter. Living room has a large screen TV, water views and a Fireplace for duraflame use no wood fires. Nice deck with picnic table and benches, Gas BBQ, washer and dryer. The barn is off limits to rental guests, barn apartment may have the occasional occupant. Quiet location above the local fire station, property is surrounded by coastal fields, with lots of wildlife.
