“First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or……

“Short black curly hairs were found on the sheets, pillow case and bathroom sink in the master bedroom. We had to wash the sheets before sleeping in the bed.There is no smoke detector in the second bedroom”
