“The hotel is opposite to T2 tram and RER C train station, which is very convenient in going to Eiffel Tower or Chateau de Versailles. It has a charged car park underneath the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, with separate toilet and bathroom. My two kids slept in the sofa bed. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. The price is good for this location near the city centre. However, during our stay, RER C line closed for 1 month. We have to spend extra time to travel to nearby……

“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

“The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being……

“I like this hotel, it is located at a quiet area but a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very kids friendly, they have hand painting and mascot to take picture with kids. The breakfast has many choices of food, but it is quite busy and always need some waiting. The room is quite spacious and clean.”
