This hotel had everything we needed. It was several steps above a typical budget hotel while still being reasonably priced during a busy Indy weekend. The main reason I didn’t rate cleanliness higher was the odd smells in the hallways and stairwells. It may have been an attempt to cover up marijuana odors, but the scent was quite strong in certain areas. The breakfast met expectations, with good sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, muffins, and more. The coffee came from one of those instant machines, so it was extremely hot, but it tasted fine. One unusual detail was that all the coffee cups were individually wrapped Comfort Inn cups, which felt a bit cumbersome and slowed things down and caused a brief lineup. The rooms themselves were clean, and the towels, pillows, beds, Wi-Fi, and TV were all great. Too bad the weather was cooler, because the pool looked really nice.

Hotel was in decent condition for an older hotel. If you have allergies to scented products may want to wear a mask. Lobby had a mild scent. Hallway had a much stronger scent. Probably from the gest laundry smelled like tide . The room it's self was not as strongly scented and was bearable for me.
