Everything was great except how EXPEDIA charged me wrong. And then the front desk staff had to call and have it fixed, fight to do so because they had a small clerical error. Once said clerical error was resolved, it was still some ammount of work to adjust the charges on my virtual debit card (while I'm waiting on a physical copy in the mail) to adjust correctly for local taxes. Not my nor the hotels fault, charge according to local and state taxes for your charges; do your tax research. Don't let other customers go to alternative websites and lose their business because of neglect on your servers to charge your guests correctly, I implore you.
