"Tolle Unterkunft und eine ebenso tolle Gastgeberin. Wir waren zu fünft (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) für 9 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Diese entspricht auch den gezeigten Bildern. Der Check-In war problemlos und Laura hat sich auch genug Zeit genommen alles Nötige zu erklären und wären irgendwelche Fragen aufgekommen, so hätte man Laura auch jederzeit erreichen können. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. "

"Impossible to find , was dropped off near by because the taxi couldn’t find our apartment had to get another taxi and he couldn’t it , the address that was given to by you was not the same as the name above the apartment and that’s why nobody could find it so frustrating and costing us over 100 euro just to find it …. "Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment von Elise und in Bordighera. Das Apartment ist genau wie im Inserat angegeben und liegt im alten Teil von Bordighera. Man hat schöne Restaurants direkt vor der Tür und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super und vor allem äußerst freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmste empfehlen. "

"The bathroom was did not function, definitely a plumbing problem. Water on the floor when we arrived and the toilet seat was not connected, the shower didn't drain so we had to have a quick shower so that the water didn't flow over the shower on to the already wet floor because the washing machine in the bathroom already left water on the floor. . "Pros: Tutto, la posizione strategica all'inizio del lungo mare e della pineta di Bordighera. Vista incantevole. Ci si riconnette con la natura avendo una terrazza meravigliosa con bellissimi pini e vegetazione curata intorno. Cons: Alcuni ospiti dell'appartamento di sotto che rientrando la notte tardi hanno fatto schiamazzi e grida inutili. Ma non si può addebitare questi comportamenti scorretti alla proprietà."

"Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin war auch sehr gut. Die Anlage hat eine ausgesprochen gute Lage und ist sehr schön, vorallem der sehr gepflegte Pool.Dafür volle Punktzahl. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat: - in der Beschreibung stand nichts von Badekappenpflicht- ok Halb so schlimm. - Beim Ausziehsofa war ein muffeliger, gebrauchter Bezug aufgezogen. "I've stayed in a number of places in beautiful Bordighera over the years, and this apartment is simply lovely! First is location - close to the lungomare and the sea, to the great markets and shops, cafes and restaurants, the cinema, Bordighera Alta (the medieval gated city) and so many walks in the hills. Remarkably despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful!Another highlight of Casa Grandis is the attention to detail in the apartment's furnishings. Windows and sunlight are everywhere in this airy, bright apartment. The main bedroom is large and comfortable with good quality linens, a beautiful view, and small desk by the window. A well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and the dining table looks out on the hillside and terrace. Generous couches on which to recline make the kitchen a cozy retreat. The second bedroom, though small, has another wonderful view and fantastic breezes waft in through the window -- the fresh sea breezes of Bordighera are legendary! Meanwhile the bathroom is spacious and comfortable with a good shower and full size bathtub decorated in stunning period tiles. There is ample storage space in every part of the apartment. Finally, Cristina, the apartment's owner is an excellent host. The house has been part of her family for many years and is filled with love. Cristina kindly responds to questions, provides lots of local advice and knowledge is responsive to her guests. What a wonderful stay! I will be back! "

"Staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a room on the sea side, but unfortunately at the level of the train tracks. Noisy and not a nice view. Trains started after 4am. Could hear person in room above moving around. Disappointed with room. Nespresso machine in room, but had to buy pod at 1€ Walk to upper town or Main Street along busy route. "
