"This property is stellar! The grounds are breathtaking with the most beautiful gardens, ponds & mountain vistas. There are 3 pools (1 indoor & heated), beautiful sauna, gym, free parking, great restaurants on site, access to the lake. Staff is great, especially Lewis in the lobby restaurant & Helena at Campannina. The food we enjoyed at the restaurants aws some of the best of the whole trip. Breakfast included & wonderful. "We stayed with our 8 year old daughter, everything was perfect. Children can use the pool until 4.30pm so we had lots of time to enjoy the facilities, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed covers were soft and high quality. Only tiny negative was the pillows were quite flat and hard but that's the only thing. Balcony and view lovely. Very clean. Very happy with our stay! "

"Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels."
