Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

The location is great, next to the Rialto bridge and minutes walking to any point in Venice. We got the standard room so it was abit tight. Breakfast provided is ok. Lower floor is noisy from foot traffic and restaurants next to the hotel. If you are planning on a transfer to and from the airport to the hotel, be very specific on asking for direct private water taxi only service. By default the hotel arrange a car pickup then transfer to water taxi both ways and this will add at least another 20 plus minutes to your journey.

We spent a long weekend in Venice and stayed at this lovely hotel. Everything was just right and in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of st marks square. We booked a premium room with Venice view (Newly renovated) and it was definitely worth it! I really enjoyed the Lido and had some awesome meals at traditional local restaurants. We will be coming back again soon

"Our stay at Antica Abazzia was amazing! We took advantage of the bike rentals and biked to Bassano Del Grappa, which is the cutest little town! Our room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is amazing for lunch and dinner! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"
