This hotel was beautiful, right by the water and it was central to many stores/shops. We valet parked our car and was able to walk everywhere. The staff were super nice. It was pouring the day we arrived and they provided umbrellas for their guest while we walked around. Would definitely recommend.

Nice parking staff. Friendly front desk staff. Huge suite and quiet building. Nice bar and excellent restaurant. Great location in North End. Walkable to Fanuiel Hall area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place had no shuttles from airport, no refrigerators, did not have queen size beds (had to sleep 2 people on a double...had a handicap person with us who took other bed option the other double)...no microwaves to heat any food up in room...the staff were never seen at the front desk...no brochures or snack bar to purchase, good thing you could find food with a 10 to 15 min walk.. Did have a nice view of the ocean and boats.
