The room was clean, relatively spacious, well laid out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, The dining was just average, and I wouldn't spend the money on the mediocre breakfast buffet if it wasn't for the convenience of having it there in the morning. The closest other coffee shop is a Dunkin', and I saw many visitors in the elevator carrying Dunkin' coffees and bags. Parking is pricey, but it's Boston.

Booked a handicap room with 2 queen but was given a regular room. Frontbdesk manager was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Swithched room the next day but the beds were too low and toilet seat broke off. The worse hotel experience ever.

Clean, safe and quiet hotel in the heart of Brookline. Real Close to bus and subway stops, restaurants and a small grocery store is about a 10 minute walk away. Front desk employees were attentive, professional and always available. Even the Hotel Manager could be seen making his way around the hotel and checking on things. Elevator was super fast, and clean. Free Coffee is available in the AM, and the lobby has snacks/drinks available at a reasonable cost (for Boston, anyhow). We definitely will plan a future stay here again.

The hotel was very contemporary and nice looking. Everything was very clean. Everyone that worked there was very nice and professional. This is a hotel that I would recommend to people I know that would be in the Boston area.

A little off the beaten path. Train and busses nearby. Have to do a little bit of walking for food and coffee, however, there is a restaurant on site. They have a shuttle for medical. Clean and modern.
