"This property is so charming! Cabin has a neat history and the quartz and mineral fireplace was beautiful! I had a group of ladies stay to celebrate my bday. There is an option to have people camp outside for a small fee if your party is bigger than what the cabin accommodates. We didn’t get to float bc it had rained so much beforehand but there are options to float right to the cabin and things to do in the area like Onondaga state park. "The listing said there was WiFi but it never worked for us. I reached out to the owner and my concern was not acknowledged. If I had been traveling while working this would have been terrible, as I have to have WiFi for my remote work. I’m okay if I don’t need it, but if the listing says it’s there and find out it’s not, that bothers me a bit and makes me a little uneasy. We lost power, it came back on pretty quick. "The cabin and the grounds were perfect for our annual family Thanksgiving trip. Hands-down, definitely the best stay we've had so far. The cabin, interesting with it's history, has been beautifully and functionally updated. Cooked dinner and two breakfasts on the outdoor Blackstone griddle (nice touch!). The fire pit and s'mores were wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. And, the property and river were so unique. What a great place. Super hosts (thanks Donna!)."
