The service was not to my liking. I asked for room service and they gave me the run around. House keeping told me it could not be done since we were leaving the next day. I went to the front desk and explained what happen the young lady told me she would take care of it. We went out for a few hours and came back the room had not been changed. Complained to the front desk they told me most they could do is give me the bedding to change myself.The service was not to my liking. I asked for room service and they gave me the run around. Bedbugs The first morning I woke up with 2 bumps along my hairline. I brushed it off as mosquito bites. The next bite was on my foot. So I stripped the bed figuring that would solve the problem. I finally had to move to another room. At 1:30am, I woke up to bites on my arm and found the bedbug. I flushed it down the toilet. Then went to reception let her know that I had bedbugs. Her response was let me see if I have a room available. After checking, I was given another room. She said maintenance would be notified. No apology for my inconvenience.
