Rooms wasn't clean and the room had a big horse fly in it & no you tube to watch. I won't be that way again.

I would like to thank everyone atl the Sonesta Select, Startimg with the wonderful owners and their family that makes this group of hospitality workers, management and housekeeping staff a wonderful and safe environment. Kudos to Amy GM during this time of stressful renovations without missing a beat. Again I have to recognized Zy with my seamless check-in. Many thanks to Shi-Anne, Mont, April, Brandon for their diligence and continuous hard work that made my stay extra special. High-five to the new guy, Patrick my brand new bestie... lol, thank you for your quick response to handle my request, I am very grateful. And lastly, Terry, you are amazing with the dedication of excellence for all you do now and with my past stays, you will be known as the information system specialist!
