They even left us a little birthday treat and card which made the weekend even more special. The house was cute and cozy and nicely appointed. We loved the hot tub and the quick walk over to Bear Chase brewery! We would love to come back and stay again soon!"

"Loved our stay at the cottage! We got take out from the brewery one night and cooked all other meals during our 3 night stay with another couple. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the grill, fire pit and comfortable beds and living area! Loved the proximity to great trails and enjoyed beautiful views and beer at the brewery. Hope to return!"

"This property was amazing for our weekend getaway. The property manager was amazing, and on top of us needing a fridge due to ours not getting cold. We had two babies that are both nursed and our breastmilk is as you know liquid gold! It was late on a Friday night and they bought us a mini fridge to help. We are forever grateful and will return."

"We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and my granddaughters loved playing in the backyard. It is however in a pretty remote area, but Harpers Ferry wasn’t too far. If we come back to this area again we would definitely rent this house again. Communication with our host was wonderful and they were very accommodating."

"House is clean and very nicely updated. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. Bedrooms and bathroom are very well done and comfortable. Location and neighborhood are great; very close to Main street, parks, and Skyline drive. Backyard is very large and fully fenced. Any additional comfy chair would be a great addition in the family room. Some of the stairs to upstairs are slanted down and make them feel slippery. We would recommend anti slip treads to stairs. Would definitely rent...

"Everything about this place was just perfect! It is truly a hidden gem and we really had a memorable stay here. The cottage is tastefully decorated and super clean, with beautiful views from every window. We had a welcome package waiting for us (wine/cheese/chocolates) and the owner gave the kids mini pumpkins as we were checking out. Very kind, thoughtful owner with excellent communication. Will definitely be coming back here again."

"Very clean, very quiet, and super chill. Ate meals on the patio with lovely views over the fields and mountains in good weather, and curled up cozy inside while the weather was wet. Easy access to a lot of places - spent some time in Charles Town, went to a craft fair nearby, headed to Berryville for another craft festival, and spent a day in Harper’s Ferry, all without spending more than 30 mins in the car at a time."

"VRBO needs to correct the notification that is sent out when this property is booked. I planned our entire trip on the address i was guven, we arrived at the owners house! We were actually 20 minutes away up a mountain. The house was great, but definitely not where we thought we were going to be. Eddie was great to work with and according to him this happens alot!"
