My stay at the Rosewood Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check‑in was smooth and effortless, and I immediately felt like a valued guest. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with luxurious touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. Whether enjoying the dining options, unwinding in the lounge areas, or simply taking in the elegant décor, everything felt refined and well-curated. Every interaction with the staff felt sincere, and the service consistently exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay at the Rosewood was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top‑tier hospitality. I’m already looking forward to returning!

We had a great weekend getaway at the Riggs. Would recommend. Clean and comfortable. High marks for staff.

The room itself was comfortable and allowed our dog with no fee, and aside from a few minor quirks: like a record player with scratched-up records, it was a decent space. Unfortunately, several other issues made for a less-than-pleasant stay. We were not informed ahead of time that the hotel hosts a rooftop club on Saturday nights. Returning from dinner, we were met with large crowds of intoxicated guests who were unaware of their surroundings and made the elevator ride back to our room uncomfortable. Our room was also close enough to the lower floors that we could both hear and see an altercation outside that ultimately required a police response. Not exactly the peaceful evening we had planned. On top of all this, the hotel uses valet-only parking with additional fees that add up quickly over even just a couple of nights..something worth knowing before you book. Overall, between the lack of transparency about the club event, the noise and safety incident, and the costly parking situation, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a quiet or relaxing stay.
