“Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves. “Great location, plenty of beaches, parks, eateries, shops,etc..The room was clean, however, this is a bedroom that used to be part of a complete condo. Probably used to be the "master". The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. (probably in the "main unit"). The "kitchenette" is a shelf in a closet in the bathroom.? The fridge is under the...

“The host was very gracious to answer all of my questions and flexible when we needed to change our number of guests at the last minute. This is a cute little cottage very adequate for our needs.”

“Property was perfect with two huge king beds with two large bathrooms. plenty of room for clothes. Refrigerator was adorable!. Plenty of seating for three of us that stayed. Very well kept, loved that it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. Standing outside of the property, you could see the bay as well as the beach. Location was absolutely perfect! 1000% recommend, will definitely be staying here again.”
