“This was our first experience in a shepherds hut and it didn’t disappoint. All you need for a peaceful break, with the use of a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ it was perfect. We had a lovely visit from the owners dog (Tara) at the BBQ time which was nice, we thought she might of wanted more than pat and a stroke. The light around the garden in front of the hut was a nice touch especially when the evening comes. ”

“Leuk schoon huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn douche buiten en binnen. Fijn dat we een bbq tot onze beschikking hadden om te koken. Mooi uitzicht! ”

“Was a lovely relaxing stay! Alex & Victoria were super friendly & helpful. Was a perfect remote location, (close enough for lovely walks & shops etc a little drive away) Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway! ”

“We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We were attending the New Wine festival at Shepton Mallet so needed somewhere to sleep! We didn't use many of the facilities as we literally got up & left for the day but there were plenty of facilities available! We slept like babies in the comfy bed! Lesley was a very helpful hostess & communicated often. She's even posting me back an item of clothing we left behind! The accommodation was comfortable, there was parking available too! We would highly recommend……

“Wow, what can I say we had the most fantastic few days in this peaceful little heaven on the outskirts of Bristol. We had a bit of confusion around the booking as we thought we'd booked the Cabana but it turned out it was booked so we got the Knapsack instead. However the communication with the hosts was excellent and they put us at ease. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival the cabin had everything we could wish for. We made it home for the weekend and cooked and barbecued and made the most……

“We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. Naomi and Darren were so helpful too and helped resolve minor issue we had. We ordered food from the farm shop and the……

“Lovely and quiet with Somerset farm. With nearby cafe and farm shop. Excellent hosts and very comfy. Watched the stars at night in the hot tub whilst reminiscing over wedding anniversary. Good value and quain.”

“Really enjoyed using the hot rob. And great to be so close to the city centre. We enjoyed walking there over the fields. Would come again.”

“The location alone was fantastic (in our case, a couple plus dog),set in a working farm, surrounded by acres of fields and woodland, overlooking Wells cathedral. Blessed with general good weather it was idyllic to sit out on the evening and just chill. Wells was a really lovely city, spectacular cathedral and Bishops Palace. Our host was at the end of a phone (on site) when required and any minor wear and tear issues are expected and trivial. Overall, this was a great short break, unique to us……

“This place is amazing. None of us wanted to leave, especially once the cows arrived! It is a little ways outside of town, but very easy to get places. Very quiet, very clean, has everything you need, including bread, milk, and eggs! The water pressure was really nice and everything worked well! You can tell that they owners put lot of thought and consideration into the lodges. The property is really nice too, with ponds and chickens. The hostess is very responsive and helped us get discounted……
