“Located on a working vineyard and olive farm, Dimora is an amazing experience. They offer wine tasting for a price and dinner for a price but both are worth it. The wine tasting is led by a very knowledgeable staff member, Salvo, in our case. The wines were all bottled on site and were wonderful. We were able to order wine and have it shipped to our house in California. Dinner was prepared on site and served in a glass enclosed seating area with a fantastic view of the surrounding……

“All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely.”

Überaus freundlicher Empfang sowie Service beim Frühstück. Parkplatz vorm Haus problemlos. Gutes Restaurant mit deutsch sprechenden Inhabern um die Ecke. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!”

“We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept. The main issue was the noise level in the room. The air conditioning unit from the neighboring room……

“Cosa si può scrivere di questa struttura, se non magnificare l'eccellenza? Veramente difficile trovare il classico "pelo nell'uovo". Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. Questa è una delle "experience" da provare almeno una volta nella vita.”
