“住宿四天，第一天因為接駁車沒有聯繫妥當，結果飯店沒有派接駁車來接，聯繫計程車也沒有來，讓我們和另一個科隆來的德國人在雪夜裡走二公里。儘管事前沒有聯繫妥當(坐火車從丹麥到柏林，哪裡會知道火車站到機場需要多久時間?我請櫃檯人員預估，但他說他不知道)我一到火車站立即打電話，到了捷運站再次打電話，但是櫃台人員卻都置之不理，當我們風塵僕僕到了旅館，問他為什麼不來接我們，(他應該是擔心被主管罵)一直說他有給我計程車電話，但計程車根本拒載。隔天預定接駁車時，還被他(晚班人員)酸說\[希望你不要遲到\]，第三天，甚至忘了幫我安排早上接駁到捷運的車子。 但是白天值班的櫃台人員十分親切，儘管他們的英文不如晚班人員流利，卻讓人感到舒服。 交通真的很不方便，尤其是雪夜裡要等待接駁車來接駁，真的令人冷到四肢發顫。捷運站裡也沒有遮蔽的空間可讓旅客覺得暖和些。 除了有一天馬桶沒有刷乾淨之外，旅館的設備很新穎，備品也很齊全。鄰近飛機場的噪音聽得很清楚，不過不至於影響睡眠。如果是特價，很值得一住。”
