It was stained yellow and looked unclean. Our beds had hairs all over it as well as dirty areas. The blanket was just a duvet cover. Check in was ok but they had to contact the other hotel because the system didnt have the new software. Then the power went out for 2 hours. There is a sign on the door with a number to call to check in. Apparently, the same group is managing the Stratford House next door, as that is where the attendant came from. The pictures shown on this site in no way resemble the room we had. It was about as basic as you can get. There's no door to the bathroom. There was no clothes rod, only a shelf. The mirror above the sink is only useful for anyone over 6 ft. tall. The floor was dirty. That breakfast area in the pictures - nope - coffee, honey buns and dunkin sticks in a basket next door. When we returned back to the room on our second day, there had been no service - only fresh towels left. It appears they may be doing some much needed renovations.
