Free community parking lot (first-come, first-serve). We recommend carpooling or limiting the number of vehicles as the parking lot can get full in the evenings.

During busy season, parking can be harder to find. There is additional gravel parking next to the building, as well as a lot across the street and in the nearby lots.

Our property resides in a pristine new development nestled in a secure, peaceful, and conveniently central location within Branson. Situated less than five miles away from the majority of attractions, you'll find yourself effortlessly immersed in the city's vibrant offerings. The surrounding area is meticulously maintained, with ample lighting illuminating the parking lot for added safety and comfort. Moreover, a nearby church adds to the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood.
Upon entering the unit, you'll encounter steps leading up to the condo, ensuring a heightened sense of privacy and seclusion. Within the condo itself, an additional steps grants access to the third bathroom and fourth bedroom, providing ample space and comfort for all guests.
For your utmost convenience and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a smart electronic lock, offering seamless access while prioritizing your security throughout your stay.
The condo is close to several main roads in multiple directions so it is easy to reach all your favorite attractions and entertainment spots. There are also several gas stations and dining options nearby.
Reminders
- Parties of any kind are not permitted.
- This is a no smoking, no vaping, no chewing and no e-cigarette condo and patio.
- Please keep pets safely at home with the exception of documented service animals.
-If there are any indications of a pet or party, an extra fee will be charged for cleaning.
- We are located on the second floor which requires steps up. But aren't all good things worth a little work? There's also another flight of stairs to reach the third bathroom and fourth bedroom.
- The pool and BBQ pavilion are only open during the summer months. There are lounge chairs and tables next to the pool. The pavilion also has plenty of outdoor seating.
- Requests for early check-in and late checkout is based on availability.
