Great Private Villa with ideal Branson Location

You’ll fall in love with this family owned peaceful spa-like retreat with a beautiful gathering area, 65 inch smart TV with soundbar, dining table for 10, (count our chairs compared to others) with access to the beautiful pool with wading pool for the little ones, top rated golf course, restaurant, shopping, and more! Our furniture and bedding is updated and fresh. We have a pack and play and high chair available upon request. DVD’s, books, and games are yours to use. You won’t run out of towels or toilet paper here! Past guests comment on how well our villa is stocked! We strive to keep our perfect 5 star reviews!

In addition to an awesome location, there are 2 playgrounds, ball diamonds and soccer fields across the street at Branson’s Rec Plex. They offer indoor pickle ball and extensive work out equipment and indoor walking track. Of course there is a outdoor walking track as well!

We are unbelievably close to shopping of all kinds and restaurants, yet you wouldn’t know it by the peaceful and private location.

The Fairway Getaway is family owned and operated. We see to every detail to make this villa comfortable, clean, and well stocked. If we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you! Our villa is cleaned by family members, not some company that could care less about the property.

Our laundry is at the end of the hall with an overhead light. There you’ll also find pool toys, cooler and picnic basket.

Our back porch has enough seating for all our guests. The gas grill comes with propane and is ready to be fired up.

We have added a live slab snack bar that is a huge hit! It is the best spot to enjoy a drink, work on your computer, or for the kids to sit and play. There are unobstructed views to the TV while you are working in the fully stocked kitchen. No matter where you are in this condo, you’ll love it! We hear there have been some fights over who gets to sit in our chaise lounge!

If you are a golfer, you have come to the right place. If you are vacationing with family, you have come to the right place. If you are looking for a place to unwind after taking in all Branson has to offer, you’ve come to the right place. We are a group of senior citizens who have stayed at this unit many times. It really feels like home to us. It is very roomy and well stocked. We will be staying here again when we get ready to go back to Branson.

Fairway Getaway
This a beautiful villa. We had six adults and the space was perfect. The location to all the events in Branson was great, just a short drive to all the shows and shopping. We had a problem getting the key out of the lockbox to check in but after calling Jason he arrived within 5 minutes and opened the villa. I would highly recommend this place!! We will be back!! Thanks Jason!!

We really enjoy staying at the Fairway Getaway. This was the 2nd or 3rd time there and it's a nice, quiet place that is close enough to the main attractions of the area while still being off the main drag. We really love it there.

Branson Hills Villa
Great Location on a quiet dead end street on a beautiful golf course Beautiful home and lots of room for 6 adults and 2 kids It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and if not there were stores within a mile or two of the house The amenities were great and we loved being able to grill out and hang out on the back deck. There was a pool and a small fitness center available for use and Communication with the host was super easy We’d definitely go back- highly recommend

The location was very convenient and away from all the traffic. The pool was wonderful and the kids had so much fun. We went to a Mexican restaurant near by which was excellent. We had a large group but the condo gave us lots of room. I would come again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place!
The property was great! There were little personal touches throughout that really made it like a home away from home, like makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, hand sanitizer and lotion available for use, coffee pods. Things they didn’t HAVE to provide, but they did, and it was very nice! Also mu and my husband’s favorite thing about the property was the two person chaise lounge chair- it was HEAVENLY!!!

Great place to stay!
This was our best vrbo experience to date. Jason was an excellent host. It was well stocked and each room has the same size bed and bathrooms. This is great when traveling with groups because you don't have to choose who get's the "master suite". I would return to this location anytime we wanted to return to the area.

This was probably the most well-equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - from the kitchen equipment to spices to tons of comfortable seating to the basket of comfy blankets, it has everything you need and more. We had three families (so, 5 adults and 4 teenagers) and no one felt cramped or crowded. Would absolutely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this villa. The Host, Jason, was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The villa is very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and comfortable home. Clean and organized. Very accommodating. We would love to stay again and will recommend to others!
