Perfect for family’s
Our group of 11 consisted of my 70 year old mom, my sister and I, our two 11 year olds, my neice and her 4 yr old. My college aged daughter and her boyfriend also joined us. This place was perfect for our trip. We were there for our 11 yr olds to play in the Dutton and Clay Cooper theaters and the location was excellent to have family fun during the day and quickly get to sound checks in the evenings. This place allowed for space for everyone and it made for an enjoyable trip. It was clean and stocked enough for breakfast and light meals if you are needing to cook while there.

I was not aware it was 3 stories so that was a surprise since our group is older. I thought it was 2 story. The sink in the top floor bathroom facing the golf course ran really slow and there’s a light bulb out over the sink. There’s a light bulb out in the main floor kitchen. The shower drain in the bottom bath with then bunk beds ran really slow. The ceiling fan could not be used in the king room behind the downstairs kitchen. It like it was going to wobble off the pole and was loud.

Perfect for our group!
The house was clean and beautiful, exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, everyone had what they needed. The porches were fantastic for visiting, extra seating and space, the kitchen table was roomy. It was wonderful and in addition to the house, we got GREAT service with Paula who is a concierge and got us discounted tickets to a show and Dolly Parton Stampede. She was so friendly and helpful and available! It was a great week in Branson

The house was perfect for our extended family of 14. Everyone had a bed! The kids were thrilled with the bunk bed room and air hockey table. The indoor pool was a nice perk in January. Everything was clean and lovely. With kids - non-breakable plate and cup options would have been nice. Luckily nothing got broken ;-) We highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Property in Wonderful Location
We enjoyed our recent three day stay at the property. Plenty of space for our dozen family members. Kitchen, bedrooms, game rooms all appropriately furnished. Only downside was the property was vacant the day before and we were told an earlier check-in than 4 p.m. would cost us an additional $100. So after move in and stocking it is 6 p.m.

Just what we needed
Our family is a diverse group with grandkids from 19 to under 1. We needed space and a place to get out of the hectic Branson pace, yet close to enough activities to keep everyone entertained. This lodge worked out very well. The air hockey table was a huge hit with everyone and the older kids enjoyed the big screen tv to play video games. After dining out one night early in our stay and not wanting to fight the Branson hoards again, we took advantage of the kitchen and the supermarket just two blocks away, via one of the less busy streets. We had a great stay. My only complaint is no one ever tells you exactly which bedrooms are on which floor, so we couldn’t assign rooms until after we arrived, we have two people who don’t do stairs very well.

Our family of 10 had a fabulous time at 1000 Hills. The beds were delightfully comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed. (You’ll want to pack your own paper products.) The location was ideal and our house had an incredible view of the golf course. We would stay there again!

Group of longtime friends hit Branson for a long weekend golf outing. Property worked great for the group. Had two minor maintenance issues. Fridge in kitchen wasn't working, but maintenance fixed following day. Regulator on grill wasn't working so we had to use the grill next door.

Stayed at several VRBOs and BNBs, but this was the first one that had absolutely nothing but basically the four walls. Every other time there were a few things in the kitchen that had been left by previous renters: salt & pepper, plastic wrap, SOMETHING. The kitchen was sterile. Grocery store was close, but a surprise that we had to make a major grocery run for the two days we were there. Yes, we would rent again, but just come more prepared.

The location is perfect! The property has plenty of space to spread out and personalized touches. The cabinet full of games, seating on the porch and firepit area are nice amenities. The wifi & parking were our only complaints. Parking was bad and we were blocked in more than once. You aren't in Branson to watch tv so the wifi wasn't a huge deal. Would stay again!

We loved the house. It was spacious, clean, nicely equipped and in a very good location. The only issue we had was our check-in. The person checking us in was very rude and not very helpful. The map given to us to locate the property was ridiculous. The house was not even on the map and other landmarks on the map were no longer the same as when the map was done. A new map should be done with precise directions. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Everything was GREAT!! Just as it was on line.
The property was beautiful, clean and with all the amenities we needed and so much more. There was plenty of of room and it’s very spacious. It’s also in a good location. I will definitely be renting again through Thousand Hills and will refer them to my family and friends.

Loved the comfortable beds and all the bathrooms. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. The pools are quite a distance away from the lodge. The great room could have been larger for our size family, but it all worked. They had a game cupboard. This house worked well for what we needed.
