Manager was awesome!!! Service when we needed something was great… the outside of the area could use some work… breakfast items was not that great… parking and getting to our room was not convient … was not able to get a luggage rack until we left

We had no hot water our whole stay. We had to go to the front desk everyday to ask for towels. The bathroom had hair all over. Overall it wasn’t a great place to stay. We won’t be staying there again.

When i booked through hotels.com the confirmation said checkin was from 3pm to 10pm. We arrived at 7:45 pm and the open sign was off. There was a sign on the door tgat said call using the outside phone after hours. I used the phone and no one answered. We waited about 15 minutes and then went to get something to eat because it was a long drive. We finally was able to reach a person when we got back to the motel. They said check in was only until 7pm. Once there it was fine. Its not aby any means fancy but it was clean and the beds were ok. It's cheap and thats what i needed this time but to close checkin at 7pm when its prime holiday season seems a little crazy.
