The rooms were filthy - couldn't find me a room with air conditioning that worked. Air conditioner was filled with mold. pool had been shut down by the county, couldn't use the game room because it was enclosed with the pool. staff didn't understand why i wanted to check out.

Only thing I liked is I had a roof over my head and my kids for a night! Other than that I’d been better off staying in a tent somewhere! The shower was either scolding HOT or freezing COLD!!! The air conditioner was frozen up and even turned off for 8 hours still wouldn’t work! It was 3 of us in the room and only had 1 face cloth and 2 big towels and sign said hang up your towels and reuse them! Definitely want stay there again!

People were smoking all around and floors were dirty like anything. Swimming pool is a small one and closed. Breakfast was over in 15 mins, better hurry or you won’t get anything as they don’t refill freshly prepared items. If you plan to sleep overnight and leave next morning then go here as it’s cheap n affordable which is only good thing about the place.

Pool closed due to health code violations. Leaking mini fridge but no other one to replace the one we had to ask them to remove from the room so we didn’t have to continue to clean up water. Dirty room. Towels smelled like wet dog.

The refrigerator did not work. Couldn’t find anyone on staff until 2nd day. The changed it out with one that made a loud noise. When we said something to manager about ice machine not working, she told us it had been broken for a month. The reason for low staff rating is not because of how the TWO people were that worked there. It is because there are only two people that the manager said she “trusted”. It appears that this place has several people that live there rather than visiting. They put up tables, chairs, and bbq grill in the middle of walk ways. They drank beer, were loud, and had to walk through their cloud of marijuana cloud. Beer wasn’t the problem. It’s that it was a party every night in the walkway.. The furnishings in the rooms were sticky dirty. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean bathroom and bath tub before using it. Understood under new owners that appear to just want to make some money rather than make sure the establishment is one that deserves a good review or return clientele. Absolutely do not recommend.

We will "NEVER STAY"at this hotel ever again. The pool and hottub was not available to use. When booking this hotel it stated that there would be free breakfast.There "WAS NOT" any breakfasts. We stayed two nights. The second night after we returned to the hotel, we could not get in our hotel room. We called three different phone #'s. The first two #'s, "NO ANSWER." The third #, we finally got a young man on the line, from another hotel ran by the same people. He came over to help us get in our room with new card keys. Also, the "ICE MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER." The young man, said, we could go over to their other hotel property (Branson Ozark) to get ice. So we did.

The dog rooms at this hotel are much cleaner than most other rooms at other hotels that accept pets. They are working to improve the grounds and make upgrades to the facility because they are under new ownership. The new manager is wonderful.

Make sure you arrive before evening!
Admittedly, this is an edge case, but we arrived to check in a little before 10pm to find the lobby totally closed. I guess that’s fine. Branson rolls up shop pretty early. The signage on the door said for after-hours check-in use the phone on the wall. There was no phone. We called the “emergency” number left on a sheet of paper taped to the window and spoke to a very nice man who works at a nearby (jointly-owned?) hotel about 10 minutes away. He drove over and got us our keys. The rooms are dated and the beds are basically bare spring mattresses, but it was clean and comfortable for the price. In the morning, we went to try the advertised “free hot breakfast,” and the listed hours were from 8:30am to 10:30am. When we arrived at 8:30 there was nobody in the breakfast room, no coffee, and no hot food of any kind, just a couple of assorted individually-wrapped muffins, some nutri-grain bars, and a bag of bagels. We waited around for a while in the hopes that someone would bring more food, but that didn’t happen, so we ended up leaving to eat at Silver Dollar City instead. Used to really like this place for the price, but something has changed, and seemingly not for the better.

The front lobby was not very inviting, it just looked like something had been thrown together, behind the front desk was a mess. I found a roach in my room and the towels were clean but awful. I didn't attempt to try and eat there because of what I found in my room.

I have always stayed here whenever I went to Branson . After a two year break we went back and this hotel was nothing like before. When we check in they gave us real keys because the card readers were not working. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was just store brought snack food. When we checked out we were told they had new owners.

Going downhill…
This used to be our favorite place to stay in Branson, but not any more. There was never anyone at the front desk. We stopped by twice during our stay and no one was there. There wasn’t even anyone there when we tried to check out at 9:00am this morning. No phone or alarm clock in the room, didn’t have the password for wifi, beds weren’t that comfortable and didn’t even try the breakfast. Almost empty place. Highly unlikely that we’ll stay here again.

I believe we stayed in the off season so no breakfast was offered. Only there 1 night. The unit 201 was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The bonus is: Pet friendly (yay and thank you!) and the outside lighting (at night) extremely well Illuminated. Kudos!
