"We were staying as a family of four adults. The location was in a quiet area overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation was very specious, clean and well equipped. One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. "We were able to park outside the main door in a disabled slot. We had a room which gave us a brilliant panoramic view of St Ives. The room itself was exactly as we ordered and the shower was good. Beds were comfy. What more could you wish for? Breakfast was more of a bunfight than a pleasant meal. Buffet style eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, pancake etc exactly like in a service station, and a million other hotels. The eggs were like plastic flip flops, the bacon stiff s a board and burnt, pancakes ran out, the meusli options were equally crudely presented and the coffee was out of a big brown machine which had no charm, produced luke warm weak coffee unless you managed the water flow. Yet I rate our stay as excellent because of the attitude of the staff and the care they gave to make sure we got what we wanted. The premises are delightful, the grounds a dream"

"Our holiday with my daughter as she celebrated her 18th birthday was brilliant, however I have a few disappointed during our staying in caravan, the caravan was nice, a wide area good atmosphere an so-rounding, the concern is the toilet there is no caddy soap, no rug on the floor, no WiFi. No free towels. But a part from that I love Cornwall, I will coming back again on the summer time next year."
