Es como si no lo hubiera hecho. Llegas una hora más tarde del cierre de recepción, lo avisas 4 horas antes… Nada. Pero eso se soluciona con interfonos en el exterior del hotel en una calle ruidosa y con viento, en un idioma que no es el tuyo y atendido por personal que no sabe dónde estás (reconocido por personal del propio alojamiento cuando se dignaron a aparecer), sin ayudarte con el tema del aparcamiento (que habíamos solicitado). Vamos, justo lo que necesitas cuando llegas a una ciudad a un hotel nuevo en una ciudad nueva. Un auténtico desastre"

"Todo muy bien aunque la habitación un poco justa. No pudimos desayunar ya que a la mañana siguiente teníamos el barco hacia la isla sur, por lo que sugeriría que el inicio del desayuno fuese a las 06h"
