A verified traveler from Tel Aviv stayed at Hotel Thermal
"The rooms are huge. Great reviews for the modern new wings only. The hotel was near a park and hill and I had a wonderful short walk and hike around the area. "
"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must.
You are walking distance from the center.
Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor.
Would love to see different type of soap for shower.
Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like croissants.
Overall it’s a lovely option if you are planning to spend all day outside the hotel."
"Very sharp, professional, helpful and friendly staff.
I visited Karlovy Vary more than 10 times in the last decade and stayed in the other six hotels in the city. I can say for sure that hotel Imperial has the best accommodations among them."

"Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator.
The included spa amenities were fantastic!
The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable.
Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions.
Would stay there again! "

"The stay was awesome. Room was perfect. Loved it. The only issue we had was with a rude hostess at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was far from welcoming. Other then that, super. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."
