Staff are very friendly and service is excellent
"Enjoyed our stay. We did laundry there and they have multiple washers and dryers, so there was no waiting line. The room was clean but sofa bed was too soft to our liking. Also paid $7 per day for parking."

"Nice updated old Hotel. Two blocks from Climate arena and the Space Needle, multiple restaurants too. We parked at the hotel and walked everywhere. Only negative was the slow elevator. We will be staying there any time we want to go to Seattle."
"Overall this is a nice hotel in central location with good amenities. Night mode mirror and great smelling soaps were extra bonuses. Convention center is next door so it seems like mostly business guests. My only complaint is the beds. They are doubles instead of queens so if your sharing a bed with a partner its a problem. Also the comfort level of the bed itself was mediocre. "
