Very clean, and affordable. Enjoyed the stay. would recommend.

Although ‘soap’ was included in the bathroom, no shower soap, nor shampoo, was available….handsoap only. This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Not impressed and will not return.

Older but nicely remodeled motel, with lovely grounds. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very small but clean and functional (seemed like they saved money by not remodeling that). Several firepits with comfy chairs (and firewood to build your own fire). Convenient location close to the ferries to Mackinaw Island (and shuttles available if you don't want to pay to park your car). Only downside is the free breakfast, which was quite basic. No oatmeal (instant or made), two kinds of sugar cereal (no non-sugar varieties), whole milk only (no low fat or skim), .... There's a nice cafe across the road that has many good choices, but obviously not free.

Overpriced for condition of the room. Curb appeal is horrible wet paint signs but must be old cause does not look like had been painted recently. Check in at 4 key given to us went to room still not clean told to come back later 45min before got in Other rooms we had were not ready either even longer for them Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, one outlet by 1 bed dirty window in bathroom and tub not clean. Alarm clock but no outlet to plug it into also ceiling lights did not work. furniture was in bad shape and very uncomfortable beds Pool dirty I should be refunded I paid way more than others staying there Look at goggle review before booking

Don’t even stay here. Rooms probably were never cleaned. There were comb-web and dust. The floors were sticky. I wiped it with wipes and it was all black. The bathroom you can visibly see the dirt. The tub was clogged. Pool didn’t have any towels even after requesting it. The staff wasn’t helpful. The water park is “under construction”. Rooms and bathroom were outdated. Not enough parking. Window was cracked. Sheets had stain. If it wasn’t so late would have went somewhere else.
