"We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of this quiet beach house with spectacular views of the sunrise and Mackinac Island on the horizon. It was a delight to watch the sandhill cranes each day move about the beach. The kayaks were an added bonus and we were able to get on the water every day of our stay. The Beach Hutch had comfortable beds for sleeping, cozy living spaces for relaxing along with a furnished kitchen for making meals. The house was only a short distance from downtown St. Ignace...

"Great location for our family vacation! The cabin was plenty big enough for our family and the view is amazing! We especially enjoyed the bird watching! My only comment would be things weren’t super clean upon our arrival - mainly kitchen items (ie. coffee pot) and the living room floor had a decent amount of dog hair all over. "

"This property was a wonderful trip! I had a group of 10 people and the bluff beach hutch made sure that everyone got their own bed. The house is quite spacious even with all the people we had brought. The beachfront is also extremely inviting and private with no other access points to it for what seems like miles. The owners are extremely nice and were very communicative throughout the whole experience. We had no issues at all and I would book them again."

There were leaches in the water so we stayed to the shore except when using the paddle boat and kayak.
