“The hotel is centrally located downtown Huntsville and close to all the city offers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint comes in relation to whatever AI they are utilizing as a live person sending texts regarding our stay. Don't ask for towels or wash cloths, the AI does not understand that simple request. Also, don't ask for any recommendations outside of the restaurant located on-site. Obviously, the AI only considers their restaurant as being suited to our dining……

“The perfect stop over on a long drive south. I arrived very late and the charming proprietor was ready with a friendly greeting to give me a clean, hospitable, safe place to rest. The room was fresh, well-taken care of, and newly renovated. I was able to park just outside my room so bringing bags inside was an easy accomplishment. The hotel was quiet and an easy place to get a good night’s rest. ”

“Very clean and safe area to stay. My only complaint is the bottle of hair conditioner was empty. House keeping needs to make sure this is kept up. Other than that, we loved everything about this place ”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”
