“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“I stayed here in order to attend the Warhol exhibit at the Museum of Art. The hotel is lovely, serene, and well-run. I had a bit of trouble with my mobile dining bill, but it was fixed promptly. The interior is sophisticated and comfortable. Within walking distance of the Museum, through a lovely park, the hotel is also close to the heritage district. There is a Starbucks next door and a sky bar with excellent service and bar food. Valet parking is an extra cost, but the service was attentive……
