From arrival to departure the staff were attentive, and polite. The room was spacious and didn't require anything else. Plenty of parking. The breakfast choice was good and tasty.

Online check-in was great. Staff were courteous and public areas of the hotel were top notch. We had a small issue in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bed and pillows were firmer than we like, but not unacceptable. Over all we had a pleasant stay at Hollins Hall Hotel; thank you.

Great place to stay for a work trip.
The property managers are excellent, easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a very comfortable bed and sofa! Came for a conference, and it was perfect for that. Shops nearby and loads of places for food, also walking distance from station ...
