“The Woolly Sheep is a lovely base for a trip to Skipton and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and maintained with plenty of storage available should you need it.
The restaurant and bars are comfortable and the food is very good. Being summer, we made use of the outside courtyard to sit and enjoy a lovely glass of chilled wine!
The bars must also be lovely and cosy in the winter so that may warrant another trip.
The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff
Property looks grubby, dirty carpets , dirty furniture , not enough towels for two night stay
Dirty cushions on bed
Hygiene seemed poor
I would say furniture more second hand than vintage/ antique , noise travelling between rooms
