"The property is well managed and the polite staff is very accommodating. However, a $50 cash deposit is charged to borrow any one of the following: a beach tag, a beach towel, or a beach chair. Also, the rooms have a cooking area, but $50 is charged if the dishes are not washed and put away. There is a mini dishwasher in the room, although no supplied dishwasher detergent. It was particularly nice to have a covered parking lot attached to the hotel while visiting during a heat wave."

"We enjoyed our three-day Brigantine getaway. The condo was just as advertised and was well equipped for two adults. It is efficiently laid out and close to the beach. Will find a time to return!"

"This was our first trip to Brigantine and loved the feel of this little island. This location was fantastic just steps away from the beach, which had great lifeguards and in the opposite direction the bay with beautiful sunsets. The house has new kitchen and furnishing. The beds were very comfortable just make sure you bring ample bedding including your own comforters they just provide very thin throw blankets and pillows. Each room had an air conditioner in the window which worked really well and a fan to keep you cool. The kitchen was new and had new appliances just make sure you bring all your own spices for cooking. The location is what sells this VRBO we were able to bring our bikes and bike pretty much everywhere on the island and had a blast. The host was a great communicator. "

"Quietness and beach access "

"We had our blended family of 20 stay midweek. Every family had their own private bathroom. There were two TV rooms. The kids played downstairs and adults watched TV upstairs. The kitchen had a wonderful gas range and two ovens so cooking for everyone was easy. The pool was very relaxing and a great addition for the kids. They loved swimming at night and the way the pool had colored underwear lights that changed color. The only downside was how the thick sand was walking out to the beach. Most people drive out with four wheel vehicles. We could swing the 300 permit for only 4 days stay."
