"I thought they were going above & beyond but in reality, above & beyond is their bare minimum! The valets could not have made me and my girlfriends feel anymore safe while they shuttled us around downtown! The weekend had late nights, early mornings so i got to know several shifts of gentleman and they were just absolutely amazing!! Hearing each member of the staff call the hotel "my hotel" was so special! I knew they have pride in their job and i know that the staff is being treated so well! 10 out of 10 they are amazing!"

"This was one of the best casino experiences we have ever had. The rooms were great, the staff was above the most excellent we have ever interacted with. The food! Affordable and just amazing! Drinks were good prices and best Bloody Mary I had in a long time. We flew in from Nashville and are looking at future flights already to come back. Absolutely amazing "

"Room was clean, we had the Suite, beds were comfortable , air worked. Bunkbeds were comfortable too! I asked the front desk for extra sheets for the pull out sofa, they gave them to me w/no problem, even gave us a topper since the mattress was thin. Housekeeping was good, cleaned our room everyday no problem, even gave us extra towels when we asked. Pool was huge and clean, had towel around the chairs for the guest. We had breakfast every morning which wasn’t bad, my kids ate it w no complaints. They had different item each day. 1st day was omelets w bacon 2nd day was scrambled w biscuits n gravy. Staff were nice and answered every question w no problem or attitude. Definitely will be choosing this hotel when we visit family again! "

"Great hotel! The beds are comfortable and the root top bar has amazing views! Be aware there is limited free parking. They also have lights in the guest rooms with sensors that turned on in the middle of the night. "
