"I love staying at the Mountaineer. I stay there every time I go to Vermont. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. Everything is digital no keys to worry about."

The staff was very friendly and accommodating (they let us have a 1 hour late check out with no charge), the breakfast was fantastic (best I’d ever had in a hotel that offers it free), it was extremely clean, and the attention to detail was amazing. "We stayed in August air-conditioning was as cold as you wanted it to be and we like it cold! Inside it was quiet couldn’t hear any outside noise outside. It was peaceful and serene. Beautiful places to sit and enjoy the outside and the sheep honestly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in a very long time Five star quality space all around we kept remarking about the cabin how nice the build was and the materials used. Highly recommend. Also close to Brattleboro for dinner and shopping and a nice lake for swimming and an adorable ice cream store 2 miles away."
