“I had a great experience with this property from the very start. The host is very responsive. The property is located up a typical curvy road on a mountain side about ten minutes from the center of Dover. The dense forest behind the house kept it cool during the warm July days. We never used the AC units. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was amazing and used often. The bathrooms had a hotel feel to them with lotions on the wall of the showers and……

“Clean, cozy, set back and had all the amenities that you would need”

“Very nicely appointed. Spotless and comfortable ”

“Treats were waiting for the dog. I thought the indoor pool was at the property. It was down the street”

“Awesome accommodations. Cozy and quiet location. Kitchen well stocked and very comfortable stay. ”

“Overall our group had a great time! I would definitely stay here again in the future.A couple things I would want to know as a guest:-the dish soap was empty, sponge was quite gross--we ended up buying our own-the pots were scraped up and seemingly dirty (maybe from metal utensils?) so we bought a cheap pot-low on toilet paper--we ran out the morning we leftTo be fair we didn't bother the host with these issues as they had simple solutions, and the host was very responsive”

“Wonderful space. Super clean, accommodating, and perfectly secluded but still within close proximity to everything you'd like to do. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions prior to booking. Would definitely recommend if you want some peace and quiet without sacrificing any luxurious of home. Oh, did I forget to mention the sauna!? What a nice addition to this already nice home.”

“The house was everything we wanted and more. Loaded with space, kitchen supplies, comfort, a grill, gorgeous stone fireplace. The location on. sleepy back road in the woods was beautiful and quiet. The only complaint is that they make you take your trash with you when you go. There was a pass for the local dump which helped offset the inconvenience. Otherwise, A+”

“Very nice area with a clean house. Thank you!”

“The property was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-maintained! Everything worked and all the appliances were nice and new. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of basics. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, the fire pit and the barn. Jeff was very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely come here again and recommend for anyone.”

“Very nice secluded treehouse. We would definitely recommend!”

“Amazing place to stay. Cozy house with everything you need. Plenty of surrounding activities to do. We took the gondola to the top of Stratton Mountain and went hiking, enjoyed a local waterfall and swimming hole, and many restaurants within a short distance of the home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing my partner and I to create some special memories up in Vermont. The Guest Book was a nice little addition. I enjoyed reading through people’s stories of their stay.”

“Cozy as described. Minimal ammenities but all our needs were met. Shower was dark but a spare light lit it nicely. Watch your head, those over 6' tall, the overhang is cozy but bonkable.”

“Beautiful location and place. Could have been a bit cleaner (windows, TV, shower curtain) and the hot tub worked well but definitely needed to be cleaner.”

“The home beat all expectations. It was beautiful as well as the property. Super clean and fantastic location convenient to all things Vermont.”
