There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work

Nice, though older, well-kept property. Rooms need a microwave and a nice bfast. Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again.

The room we got was not as advertised. 14 minutes away from the beach. No elevator, no ice nearby, no laundry, no housekeeping. Carpet in the room and not well decorated. our view was of an AC unit. Plenty of Roaches waiting for us every night outside our door. Last year, we booked the exact same stay as this year through Expedia and it was a night and day experience.

Upon booking room I alway request a bottom floor being I have a one year old like like to roam, when I get to the property she said she had me on the top I then ask for a bottom she tell me all the room are booked for the night I go to my room and notice the bottom room below me was available I called the desk no answer. I also Booked for a jucuzzi which I always do but being I was on the top she say all the top one don’t have jacuzzi so I then ask to be switched again she said everything was booked so I go out looking and see there multiple rooms available I called Expedia the contact the resort only for her to tell them the same they said they would accommodate me once management get in they did nothing

Clean room, great staff
